Why I Built This
Every VC will tell you they bet on the founder — not the idea, not the deck, not the financials. But if that single bet drives billions of dollars of decisions every year, why has nobody ever tried to measure it?
That question sent me across 33 countries and into rooms with 100+ seed-stage investors. What I found: the bet on a founder isn't instinct — it's a pattern. And patterns can be quantified. The Founders' Stack is how I'm doing it — tools that score founder potential alongside financial and market signals, so the bet doesn't have to be blind.

The Startup That Taught Me Everything By Failing
In my final year at SPIT, I co-founded Helixium Labs — a MedTech startup. We secured a product development grant from the Department of Science and Technology and tested our device in two hospitals across Mumbai on over 50 patients.
Then it stopped. No pivot. No soft landing. Just a hard stop. At the time it was the worst thing that had happened to me. Looking back, it was the most useful.
💡
Walked away knowing exactly what failure costs — in time, in ego, in relationships — before the stakes were high enough to matter.

Two Years Raising Real Money for Real Founders
I joined the founding team of FundEnable (under Fortemagna Advisors). We secured incubation from Zone Startups — a subsidiary of BSE — and raised $120,000 in seed and angel funding. We ran demo days, managed fundraising mandates, and built IAVC (Indian Academy of Venture Capital), which trained 500+ founders and generated $46,500 in revenue.
I wasn't watching from the outside. I was in the room — every pitch, every investor conversation, every rejection. That's where I learned what actually moves investors, and what founders almost always get wrong.
🎯
Managed real fundraising mandates and helped close rounds from angels and institutional investors — not as a consultant, but as part of the founding team.

100 VCs. 33 Countries. One Question.
I completed a dual Master's at IE Business School in Madrid — Management with a Finance specialisation, and Business Analytics & Big Data. When I finished, instead of taking a job, I joined INSEAD as a Research Assistant working on venture capital and entrepreneurship research.
Over a year — in partnership with Plug and Play Tech Center across Silicon Valley, Japan, Germany, Canada, and Saudi Arabia — I interviewed 100+ seed-stage VCs spanning 6 continents and 33 countries. The question I kept asking: what psychological traits do investors actually look for in founders beyond the pitch deck? The answers changed everything I believed about startups.

This research became the foundation for Founders' Psyche, the platform, and everything I now build and teach.
